About Our Services
Foot massage focuses on relaxing the muscles and soft tissues in your feet, while reflexology applies pressure to specific points on your feet that correspond to different organs and systems in your body. Both are incredibly relaxing but work in different ways.
Our body massage sessions typically range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Most clients find 60 minutes perfect for a full-body treatment, but we can customise the length based on your needs.
Your therapist will have a brief chat with you about any problem areas, your preferences, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Then you’ll relax and enjoy your treatment in a private, comfortable room.
Not at all! Some people feel slight sensitivity at certain pressure points, but it should never be painful. Your therapist will always adjust the pressure to your comfort level.
Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes and is perfect for relaxation. Deep tissue massage uses firmer pressure to target deeper muscle layers and is great for chronic tension or sports injuries.
Booking & Appointments

For regular appointments, booking a few days ahead is usually fine. For weekend appointments or specific therapists, we recommend booking a week in advance.

Preparing for Your Visit
Just bring yourself! We provide everything you need, including towels, robes, and slippers.
Wear whatever is comfortable. For body massage, you’ll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped. For foot massage and reflexology, you’ll just need to remove your shoes and socks.
It’s best not to have a large meal right before your treatment. A light snack is fine, but avoid heavy meals within 2 hours of your appointment.
You don’t need to shower beforehand, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, that’s perfectly fine.
Health & Safety
Certain conditions like blood clots, severe heart conditions, or acute injuries may require medical clearance. We’ll discuss your health history during your consultation.
